not much actually although they wouldn't let me into the dungeon and made me go back to the cafe to learn about grimoires

Grimoires were so confusing lol
Didn't help that they were hard to influence and you couldn't set individual skills like you can now. They're like 100x better now.

lol don't worry, everyone I know that's played EOU hated grimoires and/or just ignored them completely.
EO2U does them way better but hopefully they just stick to subclassing if they do an EO3U.
