Oh, weird. Zapdos can have those IVs so I assumed. Anyways, both are those are fine. Could you just pick what you think is better? I like 0 Atk, but I'm not sure if it's worth a point in SpD if I invest. Then again I'm not sure that I even should invest in SpD. Choices.
