I actually ended up recruiting some new guys when I played and swapped them around because I ended up not liking my lack of defensive support with just Beast, a few of my guys got dropped at the 3rd stratum boss.

Grinding is also less of a pain with difficulty changing, one of the foods and Holy Gift from Troubadour. Starting over isn't a bad idea either though if you'd rather not worry about just grinding up some new guys and buying equips for them.

I haven't made it all the way down the first dungeon yet so I think it'd be fine nobody's level 10 yet I think I don't remember

Oh yeah if you're still that early you may as well restart.

I am afraid eventually I am gonna think "I need a Protector" and then be caught in a vicious eternal cycle
