hmm im Gmt +8 and right now google is failing me and won't tell me what time it is for ur time zone lol. i don't believe i'll be affected by daylight savings and i tend to be free on my nights (which would be your mornings i believe??)

also i'll probs need a day or two to build a team first lol

How about Wednesday around 8 AM EST (which should be around 20:00 your time unless I'm completely screwing up the time zones)? Will that give you enough time to build?
