Coming online, IGN LegoFigure11. And if you can get a busload of Rare Candies, then they're the quickest way to level up. If you have ORAS and you can assemble a secret base with a bunch of Blissey trainers in it, then that's pretty quick too. In XY the fastest way that isn't Rare Candies is probably Restaurant le Wow's Triple Battle meal, with Lucky Egg and Exp. Point O-Power Lv 3
