I asked if I would delete my previous thread, so my latest one could be unlocked. I worked really hard on my latest thread and to see it getting locked with less than a day of posing it was upsetting. I won't make the same mistake twice, so if it's possible, could you perhaps speak to haxiom and ask him/she to unlock my thread? I'd greatly appreciate your help.
PS: I promise not to make this mistake in the future. This was my first time and I didn't know such a rules existed.

Also if you want to delete a thread, you can't do it by yourself. You have to ask a moderator to do it and he will.

If you had read the RMT Rules, you wouldn't have encountered this problem

Hello Sobi, I'm somewhat new to smogon and as we all known smogon is an incredibly complex system. So finding your way around (when you're a noob) is very challenging. Smogon doesn't have a banner saying "Rules" where most players can spot right away, instead such players (like myself) have to look for these rules. When people direct me to these rules I appreciate it and accept it, but more often than not, I'm not aware of the rules and smogon has a LOT of rules lol

I'm aware of the RMT rules now though, but that was unfortunately due to trail and error i.e. I make a mistake and someone "punishes" me / my account and THEN makes me aware of the rules location. No warnings what's so ever.

also the RMT rules thread is stickied, meaning it's at the top. it also says [REQUIRED READING], so not sure how you missed that. also, don't mass vm every single team rater you find, you've done something like this before :<

but if your thread gets locked, it's not punishment lol. just have some patience and wait for the 2 week cooldown to end.....

That 2 weeks rule was originally made so that one can not build a team every 2 seconds and post an rmt. If there wasn't bad users who would rmt everyday and annoy raters, this rule would have never existed.

But it's ok the issue is solved.
