No, they remove the first 100, then they remove 10 each. =)
Shellder EVs: 107 HP, 6 Def and 109 Sp.Def
Phanpy: 4 HP, 107 Atk / 107 Spe

Alrighty =) you only need to remove a few EV's off well.. HP in Shellder's case and then one in both stats on Phanpy. lol
And I'm sorry but Shellders EVs are: 255 HP, 2 Def and 253 Sp.Def.
Phanpys are: 255 atk / 255 Spe
So shellder is missing 2 Def EVs and got 2 too many HP EV's and Phanpy got 2 too many Atk and Spe EV's and none in HP.
Not going to give you the Pokémon before you've given me mine back first. =P Fully EV-trained according to what I wanted of course. ;)

Well, did you have power items equipped as well as the Pokémon infected with PokéRus? Have you used vitamins?
