yy, wanted to play pokemons but i hated the steel vs ghost type change, killed stall again)

Rip rip, lots of new stuff gen 6 - gen 5 forever best

I liked gen6 a lot, but the steel type change was a turning point for me

I was fine with all of the changes tbh but I'm adjusted to it fully at this point so I guess it's just normal to me

I still like gem 5 more tho tbh

I do not follow the meta that much but it feels like there is a very small pool of mons you want in your squad right now, in bw you had more archetypes = more variety

Part of the reason I loved BW - building was kinda neat and it made gameplay better too

Yea, building was insanely fun for me too, doing all shit with Stoutland and later SubGene, ScarfZor and lots of other gimmicky stuff which worked very well if you built with them in mind though.

Ya I've been tinkering with "standard" sands - spikes w/ magic gaurd reuni or Zam - and rain builds to try and add creative flare and innovative stuff and all has worked
Well so far

Actually done that before, Zam in semistall sand, I dislike Reuni as most teams are fast/fast enough to neutralize it. Tried Magma Storm Heartan in rain, wasnt pretty. But I never liked most Rain based stuff anyway.

Zam's quite good and becoming a standard over the last year or so tbh. Reuni works if you give it enough support and have the right opp, but it's less consistent ya
