Stomp, Steamroller, Body Slam, Dragon Rush, Flying Press, and Phantom Force should never miss ans well as double in Base Power because of the minimize condition.
the Choice items and Assault Vest shouldn't be included. Those aren't conditions, just drawbacks. Also, Harvest effecting only berries isn't really a "conditional".
Freeze Dry shouldn't be effected either. Its effect is "super effective against Water", not "super effective if the target is Water-type".
Neither should Adaptability, Download, Gale Wings, Fairy Aura, Heatproof, Dark Aura, Iron Fist, Intimidate, Prankster, the -ates, Tinted Lens, Strong Jaw, Technician, Tough Claws, or Wonder Skin.
Justified shouldn't be implemented the way it is, either, it should just increment Attack every turn.
You should really only be changing things that would include "if" or "when" in the shortest description that isn't awkward.
Some potential mistakes:
Aftermath: Damages the foe when you die by 25%. Shouldn't this be damages the foe by 25%?
Heatproof: Halves damage from attacks, halves burn damage. Shouldn't this be status damage?
Guts: 1.5x boost to attack, ignores Burns attack drop. Should this be status stats decrease (i.e. Remove para speed loss?)
Justified: This Pokemon's Attack is raised by 1 stage after it is damaged by a move. Why is the “by a move” condition still there?
Huge/Pure power: shouldn't these boost both stats? They aren't listed.
Also shouldnt rain/sun boost all attacks, sand give 50% spd, and sand/hail damage everyone?
Is there a reason immunity abilities aren't invincibility?
Also: can you please ban arena trap and wonder skin? One violates stag (no limit to grounded), one violates evasion.
Iron Ball should make Ground attacks neutrally effective
Seconding idea that immunity ideas should make you immune to everything (and be banned), I know we've talked about this several times and I've never bought your reasoning
Stench: All attacks have a 10% chance to flinch (regardless of previous or additional to previous idk)
Plus/Minus: This Pokemon has 1.5x Special Attack
Destiny Bond: I disagree with this not just knocking out the opponent (EG why did you remove the condition of the type of knock out but not the condition of the knock out). If it's for balancing purposes just ban the move.
Shadow Tag: Can everything escape because of ghost types? Not sure about this .
For the pledges you should be more clear and say the additional effect only happens in doubles / triples. It sounds like the moves don't work at all rn.
Basically I could go on but most of my problems can be narrowed down to this: I feel like for a lot of things with two conditions you removed one and kept the other, or kept half of a full condition, and I don't like that (EG Destiny Bond, Defiant, Aftermath). If your goal is to completely remove conditions then imo you should make sure you go the whole hog. If not, then you should very clearly articulate where it is you're stopping.
