still a second hit for moves like supertoss

well, but iirc with that nerf on.second.hit, it misses some ko ..

feels like mega kanga says hola to OU

100x1.5=150, but it hit twice so it did 200 dmg (for stoss) so literally nothing changes as far as supertoss is concerned

the second attk does 1.25 not 1.50 (sorry, if i am misunderstandimg)
