I'm GMT-5 as well and have school during that timeframe (I get home at 5 pm), so we will have to go for the weekend

ok. is any time that works for me ideal for you on the weekend?

I don't really like to / can't play before noon, most likely on sunday i'd be free around 1 or after but it depends a bit on the days activities, which I don't know really at this time.

saturday freed up for me, so if any time there works just let me know whenever you know.

Most probably sometime in the evening like 4/5, or possibly even 2/3 depending on when I have lunch. I know I generally will have several available hours saturday after noon, i just don't know when specifically i'll be busy atm. If you are flexible for saturday then I guess a general time range with preference to the start of that time should do.
