I think it might be an interesting gen. Just really curious on what while be good with the generally low speed tier set by most mons.

Honestly Gengar might be able to use it to counter the fug out of Clef. XD But honestly Levitate loss isn't THAT big of a deal it only sucks in Ubers. :\
