hello, if you read the rules, we can use PS to play, and furthermore I am unable to use 3ds to play as I have not trained up the team to what I submitted yet

please refer to "tl;dr" section, default is showdown, is there any reason that you cannot play for showdown?

I don't quite get you, yes I know showdown is not real, and I am perfectly fine with playing in 3ds, but the team will not be tally to what I submitted to the host (in terms of EV/IV spread), we can wait for admin for this dispute to be resolved for one extra day
