I am GMT-5, I have no classes and nothing planned on Thursday, so that would be best for me. I could also do Tuesday or Friday. I may be going to a tournament Saturday. Sunday isn't good for me.

Since you have yet to respond, and the activity rules want specific time ranges. How about Thursday at 4pm-4:30 p.m. UTC, Friday at 6pm-6:30pm UTC or Sunday at 2pm-2:30pm UTC?
