Also, if possible, I would strongly prefer to play on cart, not Showdown. I think that making sure games are played with proper mechanics is important for such an important tournament as this. My FC is 0318-7087-4422.

Hi! I'm from Italy (GMT +1). Thursday around my 9 PM works fine as first choice, for you should be 2 PM right? In case of problems I can play on Saturday too :)
Cart option seems nice, the only thing I'm a little concerned about are disconnections which are not caused by players. In that case would we repeat the same moves until the crash of the game?

Yes, Thursday at 2 PM my time (9 PM yours) sounds excellent to me. I am fine with replaying moves in cases of disconnections occurring.
