I think that the combination of Dug+Sab is the issue rather than just Duggy on its own or just Sab on its own

Banning neither one on its own is a solution.

Same old "trapper + sab" problem again pls.

Idealistically, banning the more cancer of the two reduces the amount of cancer you get. You still get cancer, just lesser.
