Hey, i dont have a 3ds either :D
Im gmt +2 and i usually play at 8-10 pm my time which is midnight -2am ur time, i can play earlier (as early as 10 ur time as u said) on weekends usually but i cant tell u a specific time as of rn cuz it's a bit early and i usually make plans. But i can play this weekend for sure
