I don't understand her comment and is the age next to the name supposed to be the age? because I always find it absurdly low, it's always 18 or 20 even if the person is clearly much older

like shes saying his profile is some top quality entertainment that she would pay for. hes a 25 year old pretending to be 19.

and it is weird using "older" and "younger" to refer to like the span between 18 and 25

yeah, but an 18 year old isn't a 25 year old, some people are really into 18
