I honestly think Kartana is a strain on synergy in teambuilding and does not provide enough to justify using it. It probably has a legitimate niche with this set, as it does the others, but I personally refrain from using it almost all of the time. I'd advise using a more consistent, yet defensively and offensively synergetic helpful team member as an alternative. This obviously depends on the make-up of your entire team, but Kartana is generally just a poor Pokemon in OU, in my opinion.

Fair enough. Let's hope it gets some good stuff through tutors then!
