i actually have one question. How do i get my dolphin emulator in development mode? i have seen people say i need to put a -d or -dev in the shortcut name, but i have tried that and nothing seems to happen. is there something i am doing wrong?

Say that my username is "Lego", and my Dolphin.exe is on my desktop in a folder named "Dolphin"
on your desktop, make a new text file.
Type in the following line:
C:\Users\Lego\Desktop\Dolphin\Dolphin.exe -d
Then, save it as a .bat file (make sure you don't save it as a .bat.txt!), then run the .bat, then that should open dolphin in dev mode.
