Here's a team built around Mega-Pinsir + Magnezone. Tapu Fini provides Defog support, a stallbreaker, and a Ash-Greninja check. Lando-T provides Rocks and can remove Shed Shells from the likes of Skarmory. Scarf Nihilego acts as a Volcarona check. It also handles Zapdos and the Tapus. Ash-Greninja acts as a wallbreaker and enjoys Pinsir being able to switch in freely on most Tangrowth.
Psychium-Z Latios w/ Heal Block. Generally just used for the +2 but Heal Block itself has come in handy versus Chansey and Sylveon. Definitely needs tweaking though, but have gone on a decent streak with it. Have been swapping between AV and Specs Hoopa but found AV is necessary versus rain.

Also, note that choice-locked mons can't use their last move unless they are locked into it, so scarf gengar can't taunt unless he already did :/ maybe change the order up on that one. -
