+2 Tectonic Rage can usually OHKO Fini, guaranteed after rocks. If you want it to always be guaranteed, you can switch it to adamant, but then it gets outsped by scarf lele and lando and shit. So yeah, Haxorus' nature is up to each player I suppose.
