Well I run off est time, I'm free on Mondays as I'm off that day, and throughout the week I am free between 8am-10 am and at night between 10:30 pm-12 pm est

Is Monday 8:30am your time okay?(that's like 30 mins from now time wise if I worked it out properly?)
