I made this Ubers team around Specs Modest Kyogre, Idea is to set up Webs with Shuckle and go to town dropping nukes with Kyogre. Sdef Magearna comes thruuu with Heart Swap which makes opposing Xerneas your bitch.

The major flaw of this team is venu is literally unkillable unless you get a +2 or +1 after rocks z on it. Otherwise it's got all the same weaknesses of NJNP's team. A change you could make is jolly kabutops to outspeed scarf kart.
