Scizor is slightly easier to beat, because DMega can survive a bullet punch from offensive Scizor and KO with HP Fire (252+ Atk Technician Scizor Bullet Punch vs. +2 16 HP / 0 Def Diancie-Mega: 204-240 (83.2 - 97.9%) -- ) and Azumarill can KO with Aqua jet after surviving a Zelly Drum, and take another bullet punch (11 speed slower if jolly) on Scizor, and retaliate with a KO,

it crits. 252+ Atk Technician Scizor Bullet Punch vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Azumarill: 130-154 (38.1 - 45.1%) -- Unfortunately, defensive Scizor can get a SD up, and KO Azu 62.5% of the time, as Azu can kill 37.5 of the time with a Zelly. Your point still holds true, sorry about the rambling.
