Is Monday possible, as that would be ideal as I’ll have to play on my phone if it’s this weekend, if not I can play from 1:00 pm to 12:00 am on Saturday (-5 GMT)

I can't play on weekdays unfortunately as I work by day and study by night but saturday seems fine by me :)
