True but that team focus's more on Spikes rather than abusing Toxic SPikes. ALso that team is before Torment Tran was first used....(I think)

Since you are using a shuffler all three of the would be best.
You can put it on Forretress as well if you really want it.

So... Roserade, Milotic, Gyarados... I was just getting comfortable with using Forretress, Hippowdon, and Rotom as my stall engine...!
Swampert
Gives you a grass weakness which is not so severe since you have Roserade. Swampert can also phase with Roar.
Giscor
its weknesses are covered by Milotic. Gliscor also weakens stall teams with taunt
heh you don't have to have a rapid spinner. If you want a stealth Rocker then I suggest a Mixpert or even a Gliscor since they carry Electric Immunities wich is usefull since you rry 2 electric weakness. As far asPros and Cons go..
I would not really call the team buly offense....More like Toxic Stall. Again I think that Roserade is a good lead for this especially since Tentacruel would give the team an extra electric weakness (giving you a total of three when you include Gyarados and Milotic).
Well If you want to be really hard to take down and to annoy the hell out of your opponent, you could go with Rest, Sleep talk, Surf, Recover. I ran this kind of a Vaporeon on a Toxic stall team a while back and it does pretty decent. Otherwise you can always give Milotic something like Flame Orb as an hold item. It will activate Marvel Scale, It will protect Milotic from other status and it screws over Trick users.
You would really need a Ghost type in your team. And for Heatran I suggest a Tormenttran. You could lead with Roserade and give Forretress SR. This way you can replace Hippowdon with Roserade and Celebi with Rotom (or any other Ghost for that matter). Without Hippowdon your team won't be hurt by Sandstorm.
About Milotic, the main reason Rest is prefered over Recover Marvel Scale.
I would maximize defense but then again I don't know much about using Milotic in OU =/
Well in OU probably a Rest-Talker in combinations with Toxic Spikes and Sandstorm.
That is possible but to be honest Milotic isn't of any value for your team so running both will be a bit redundant, but since it will give you an aditional Water type and the weaknesses that come with it I suggest it eiter over Zapdos or Blissey.
