we rly should try for a closer time. placing it so close to the deadline is jus asking for trouble

It is still more than two days from the deadline. And you can use a calendar application on either your phone or you computer not to forgot. ;)

Why didn't you mention that before saying that you would have forgotten then ? Well, the only day next week that might be ok for me is Wednesday, 9PM my time.
