I would maybe change Rotom for a sticky web user and have either Crobat or Lati be Defog, but it's not necessary. It's really hard to find a good time to set a belly drum with this mon and you have to make sure all priority mons are gone. Have fun!

It's centered around volt switching with mane and either trapping latias or pressuring grass types with moltres' z moves, allowing sash loom to go to town. Empo is key in this being the prime Pidgeot switch in and annoying stuff with Toxic/Knock, other than being a most reliable defogger.
