My timezone is gmt-6 so for me so 11pm to 7am in gmt work on weekdays. What about you?

you mean gmt+/-0? if so Id prefer between 11pm and 1am (2am if nothing else works) anyday after tonight I can play so I would say tomorrow or the day after?
