Defensive Ho-Oh, while 4x rocks weak, is a strong wall and Defogger that can check many popular SR users, and keep hazards off for itself, allowing it to stay alive forever. It works best when paired with another Defogger that covers its weaknesses.

Here's a Choice Band Ho-oh Team for the Ubers spotlight.
Mega-Diancie and Ho-oh help each other by blowing holes in the opponents team. I've used regular Groudon for sun support and as an anti-lead to Primal Groudon. Ferrothorn and Ho-oh act as Xerneas checks.

I have some heat using rufflet the D O N in some TR. It was originally going to be a CB rufflet but I realized the mon had poor defences with a wack speed tier.
So I thought "Screw it! If it's slow slap it in trick room!" And so this team was born.
Enjoy :]! *p.s if you want you can just run eviolite for passive bulk, or normalium/fightinium Z for a stall and fat shattering nuke.*

Fun Mega Gyarados and Sash Gengar team. The real star of the show is spdef Jirachi; it seems to survive everything. The goal of the team is usually to chip away with poison, stealth rock, and rocky helmet damage until a good opportunity comes up for Gyarados to sweep. Gengar+sub Gyarados tends to do well against standard stall teams. Enjoy :)
