Hi. Arcanine is in D rank because it is almost always too outclassed both in offensive and defensive roles to less trouble than it's worth. Most of what it can defensively check is better handled by Moltres, which has several other useful tools that are more applicable than Arcanine's, and offensively it lacks the Speed and utility necessary to not be outperformed by the likes of Infernape, Entei, and Darmanitan.
