Shanghai? Dang, that sounds like fun! Will you be focusing on like Chinese studies or something?

Yeah, I won't be done with my studies for another couple of years. Rip.

I have to take Chinese, but I'm not doing Chinese studies or anything. I just felt like applying here, but the classes are take will count for my major (only taking 3 classes total) so will have a lot of free time and won't have to worry about much :D

Cool! Having free time during college is a blessing. Not having to stress about succeeding in so many courses is another good thing :)

Nothing new at all. Just same old boring me, lol. (2018 has not been that great of a year tbh, but it is what it is.) Anything new and exciting in your life at all?

well nothing new really, besides studying abroad. but I suppose it's exciting! but yeah nothing- much :P

It certainly is more exciting than what I've done recently. All I have done is sleep and work. The only exciting thing that I did was go camping for a weekend. Otherwise, it's just my job and my sleep xD

what do u do at your job ?

I work in retail...and it is terrible. Don't work retail, lol.

I don't plan on it :P though I hear a lot of people are rlly impolite to those who work in retail :( though i always say thanks and appreciate the workers who help me

A lot of people are very rude to you. A lot of people are also very dumb as well. Sometimes, you get a combination, and it can be a wreck. There are snobby people who act like they're royalty and some who act like they know the place better than you do. Anyone who has ever worked in retail can vouch for me xD

xD those snobs are funny because usually rich people dont go to stores like that right?

Well, I work in retail at a hotel resort, and technically, it's not a store, but it still falls under retail, lol.

Oh at a hotel resort? XD is it far from home? I've always wondered if it takes workers a long time to get to the resort themselves

Nah, I'm within 10 miles from it. The city where I work at has like six hotel resorts. (What I mean by hotel resort is that it has a water park/theme park xD. The place I work at has a water park that's relatively small compared to the other places around the city.)

dont you live in a cold place?

Well, yes, Wisconsin is a very cold place xD. But most of the hotel resorts around the area are indoors. The summer is obviously the peak season and the fall/winter are our slower seasons, but it still is operable during the cold times - just not the outdoor facilities, lol.

Well is it a profitable Enterprise?

Supposedly, the resort I work at is the cleanest and friendliest resort in the Midwest. And apparently, the company as a whole is deemed the second happiest place on Earth. So yeah, it's pretty profitable, lol
