I basically wanted to try quiver strength sap bellossom as a joke and it actually ended up putting in work. Yo Joey! I got a heat balance team with CB Hoopa and bulky ZardX for your OU Top 10 :) I hit 1900's with it a while back and was like 22-0 to start on the low ladder. Its hard to even lose on the low ladder and played well it can do just as much work high ladder. I'll leave a detailed explanation for you in the link.
