Hey, I'm GMT-4 atm. Since I have vacations going on rn, I have a lot of spare time on my hands, so any time between 11 AM GMT-4 till 9 PM GMT-4 should be fine. I may have plans during that time range, so just pick a time that is within that range and is suitable for you as well.
