I mean in theory it’s good but if the reqs are too high some players might not have the motivation/skill to get them and then we end up with way less voters

Maybe when coupled with the PR Old Gens suspect thing where tour experience gets you in

Tour experience was something I considered but highlighter and I agreed it was too elitist, arbitrary and potentially inaccessible. Less voters isn't a problem imo as long as the voters who care have a shot at getting reqs, and 87 is def a reasonable number for that.

With high reqs, we'll inevitably have to cull some members who play BH but can't make those reqs, but at least that way we also prevent one side from gaining a drastic advantage.
