Yeah... It's pissing me off. I know that the "shaky" special patch means it's a pokeradar pokemon, and I tried and tested that different frames means that patch is a different pokemon. However, it relates nothing to the encounter slots you normally use when capturing standard pokemon.
I did 1867 flips (One of the most I've ever done) and I didn't get it >.< so now I'm gonna try a different method, using a lower frame and hoping to encounter my chain pokemon first time with the Ivs I want. I think this is the way Riddlinkid does it but I'm not sure, I need to ask him sometime.
