It's unlikely ADV BL will change, I don't particularly want it to happen myself. Some pokemon have been moved from OU to BL and vice versa in recent years to better reflect the metagame, I believe ENZ0 ran that thread if you want to take a look. It could be worth doing again as venusaur and moltres are now seeing considerable usage that I would consider labeling them OU.
