EV's on arceus is a combination of a bulky/offesive variant bc sometime I wish I had extra bulk and some times I wish I had the extra fire power so I made a spread where I sorta combine them, feel free to switch the spread to max sp.a/hp if you so wish, flamethrower is for Ferrothorn and Celesteela which the team doesn't deal too well with but you can swap for earth power.
