Gmt-8 Weekend wont be possible unfortunately unless you can play Saturday night my time. Otherwise im free all day Wednesday, can do anytime after 4pm other days of the week. Can also stay up past midnight during weekdays

Your 4pm is like 9am here, so I won't be able to do weekdays since I'll be at work (I come home at around 9pm which is way past your midnight too). Might have to go with your Saturday night at around 11pm your time if thats okay with you.
