Gmt-4 and can do weekday evenings (6pm onward my time) and weekends flexible. I’m off Thurs/Fri but Thursday if we play would have to be before around 5-6pm my time.

Today unfortunately I’m out till 10pm which is 3 am for you. If you want to play tomorrow I can around ~5:30pm my time (10:30pm for you)
