I would highly prefer to play before friday since i have a busy weekend as its my first weekend home. I am also gmt-4. saturday is unfortunately 100% impossible for me, and friday and sunday are unknown.

weekend is def best for me because im generally too busy to start a team until thursday, i can play between 230 and 420 pm on friday and later that night (11 pm or later most likely) and sunday between 12pm and 420 pm. saturday i can play like almost the whole day but that doesnt work for you so ,
