people who have been giving wins have been saying that they haven't had time to build, which I take to mean that they want to participate, but are unable to currently do so. If these people want to give the win in r2, I will be subbing people in. Smajet on the other hand, specifically withdrew from the tournament, which is why I subbed in rahel.

Since it's a double elimination tour, I'm seeing if the people are giving wins due to inability to play that week, not having time to build, or lack of interest in the tournament.
