no it's a kind of arceus that you can't change the evs for that was legal in cartridge dpp but never actually implemented into competitive pokemon dpp. there's long been dissension as to whether it should or shouldn't be part of dpp ubers, and nyrranzr's thread is attempting to decide once and for all what we should do with it.
