In OU? With the lack of Defoggers/Spinners it posses a certain niche in it's role compression, also being aund ground type (volt immunity) and fighting type answer is nice (ignoring the slept on PANDA) but the damage output it has is very sad and it can be passive

, so I would advise (if possible) not running rocks + spin in favor of coverage/utility options like ice beam or dazzling gleam for mandibuzz/hydreigon or cm or recycle with 30 % berries, even if it bounces off mandibuzz!
