Okay so timezones. The current timezone for the eastern US is EDT GMT-4 because of daylight savings. I'm PDT GMT-7, which is the Pacific Daylight Timezone for the western US. East coast is always three hours ahead of west coat, so no I can't make 4 pm eastern. Also, GMT+4 is 8 hours ahead of EDT, so let me know which timezone you're actually in.
