Hey Joey, this is an OU Team that's quite different than your normal rain team. Ferro & Pelipper for basic defensive units, and specs Primarina to punch holes through teams. Life Orb Mamo and Nasty Plot Rotom Mow with eject pack for additional power. Then, HD Boots Arcanine for fire stab and additional physical power.
