Silvally-Electric's moveset can be changed to whatever you like tbh. Grass Pledge, Flamethrower, Ice Beam/Fang are noteworthy
Wish Togetic is probably my favorite pokemon rnin PU cause it counters so many new stuff and keeps the team healthy
