Silvally-Electric's moveset can be changed to whatever you like tbh. Grass Pledge, Flamethrower, Ice Beam/Fang are noteworthy
Wish Togetic is probably my favorite pokemon rnin PU cause it counters so many new stuff and keeps the team healthy

Hey Joey, I wanted to build an UU Team around Necrozma. But then I rewatched your "NECROZMA'S OU POLICY IS NO FEAROWS ALLOWED!" what inspired me to this OU Team ft Necro, TTar & Conk under Veil. It's pretty fun to use, works quiet okay even on the higher ladder & TTar is actually killing stuff :]
