    Yeah. It sucks. Can't really explain how to fix it, just try a different method, i guess.

    ok for this situation just start your chain of togepi by catching the togepi and then input its IVs and nature into rng reporter and tell em the actual frame you get, remember to note the new number of patches that shake

    ok well the actual frame is a representation of what the frame would be if you were doing a method 1 RNG manipulation but since this is method J and your using a sync you spread appears on multiple frames the one with the thoirty is normal for what your doing but the 428 is odd all i can sya is try not to advance the frames too much when your trying to get a chain of togepi

    Umm. Idk. What I normally do is chain a few until I think i'm about halfway to my frame, then catch a beldum. Then check its IV's and find the actual frame, and count radar advancements and steps and stuff from there. It leaves less room for error. Does that make sense?

    Adn yeah jsut put in the seed, method J, and your synch, then look for the IVs.
    I bought a new AR online. i'm going to take a brake from trading and stuff until it arrives. I haven't battled in a while so maybe I'll go back to that for now. XD
    Ergh, I'm just about to give up with radar abusing this noob >.<
    I try a low frame and Togepi doesn't appear.
    I try a higher frame and I can never hit my frame and the journal flips drive me nuts...
    Gah. I also have quite a few pending trades to do, but I might attempt a different poke, maybe Togepi just hates people? =]
    I only managed to get Togepi once, and I somehow overshot by 13 frames XD. Oh well, lunch. I'll try later =)
    Hmm, no luck yet. I might do what Riddlinkid said and just turn/walk a step before using radar. I may get more success but no success so far >.<

    I'll probably spend this week trying/experiment with radar until I master it XD. Good luck if you manage to get one, I'll tell ya if I succeed but I'm only playing 1-2 hours per day so meh.
